Organizational Structure
Narmada Basin Organisation, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, under the administrative control of Member (D&R), is responsible for:
- 1. Observation of hydrological and hydrometeorological data for sites in Narmada Basin
- 2. Coordinating with CWC Design units and State Govt. on issues related to design aspects of projects in Narmada basin in MP
- 3. Monitoring of schemes under general monitoring, AIBP, CAD Programme and restoration of water bodies
- 4. Appraisal of medium irrigation projects in MP and Chattisgarh.
Chief Engineer, Narmada Basin Organisation is assisted by Superintending Engineer (C), Bhopal, Director, Monitoring, Bhopal, Director, Appraisal, Bhopal, and Director, Punasa Design, Bhopal. The organization chart is depicted below
